This is not your father's version of bonding...a father and son were treated at the scene for heroin overdoses after the Ohio Highway Patrol received reports of an erratic vehicle on I-75 North in West Chester Township. While both men were treated, and are expected to recover, the father was charged with OVI and possession of drug paraphernalia. In light of increasing numbers of heroin overdoses, the CDC is reportedly urging friends and family members of users to carry Narcan (Naloxone) with them, in case an emergency arises. Ain't that some shit? I wonder how much the price of Narcan is going to explode through the roof, if the CDC's advice is taken in large measure. We have seen the tendency of drug companies to take the yard once they get an inch, so how long before some other dipshit drug company CEO is dodging questions or smirking in a chair playing 5th Amendment tag in a congressional hearing? People cannot afford to carry an EpiPen to treat a peanut allergy, but they should stock up on Narcan, just in case? What a load of utter crap.
